Pennylane SAS is seeking a Tech Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment across the Engineering scope in Europe, driving strategic partnerships with hiring managers and leveraging data and AI to optimize hiring. You will influence processes, build talent pools, and elevate candidate experience in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Have at least 4 years of tech recruitment experience in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment.
• Actively use AI in day-to-day and believe in its potential to transform recruiting.
• Are data-driven, tracking the right metrics to continuously measure performance and optimize processes.
• Are valued by hiring managers as a true business partner, and deliver an exceptional experience to highly sought-after candidates.
• Demonstrate radical ownership and strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of roles autonomously.
• Have experience navigating modern ATS platforms (ideally Ashby).
• Fluent in French and English and comfortable conducting interviews in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment on Engineering scope, with support from the manager and team.
• Be a strategic partner & advisor to hiring managers: challenge, anticipate, alert, and recommend beyond simple pipeline reporting.
• Produce data & predictive reporting (forecasts, early warnings, KPIs) that influence hiring decisions (comp, location, drop-out risk…).
• Leverage AI in your recruitment process (sourcing, screening, automation of Ashby stages) and contribute to our shared AI/agent library.
• Contribute to team projects & rituals: referral program, employer branding, Process, Candidate experience, D&I, AI..
• Build and nurture talent pools proactively on strategic roles.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience end to end.
• Challenge and improve our processes, tools and best practices in a continuous-improvement mindset.
