LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for digital roles. You will attract and assess top software engineers, data professionals, cloud/DevOps, and product experts, acting as a strategic partner to Digital Managers and business leaders.

You will sponsor a memorable candidate experience, support employer branding, and collaborate with Hiring Managers on timelines and evaluation criteria.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, primarily for technology/digital roles.
• Proven expertise in advanced sourcing tools and software development communities.
• Native or fluent Spanish and advanced English (C1) for professional interviews and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, Data, DevOps, QA, Product).
• Design and implement direct sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow and tech communities.
• Advise technical leaders on market trends, salary competitiveness, and talent availability.
• Report key recruitment funnel metrics and drive continuous improvements.
