Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a seasoned technical recruiter to own the full recruitment strategy for engineering, data, platform infrastructure, and senior technical leadership roles across Europe.

You will leverage AI tools and talent intelligence platforms, build global sourcing plans, and partner with engineering and data leaders to raise hiring standards, improve processes, and deliver high-quality hires for a fast-growing product company.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in technical talent acquisition for engineering, data and platform roles.
• Proven proficiency with AI-powered recruitment tools and talent intelligence platforms.
• Strong ability to communicate credibly with technical professionals and hiring managers.
• Experience building global sourcing strategies and engaging passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for complex engineering, data, and senior technical roles.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize sourcing, market research, and candidate engagement.
• Define role scorecards, interview rubrics, and competency-based assessments.
• Develop global sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates across markets.
• Monitor analytics and provide actionable market insights to leadership.
• Improve candidate journeys and support interviewers with assessments.
• Identify bottlenecks and refine recruitment strategies for better outcomes.
