Salve.Lab is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead international, AI-driven recruitment across technical and non-technical roles. You will work directly with the CEO and leaders to identify, attract, and hire high-caliber talent on a global scale, building an AI-first recruitment function and experimenting with new technologies.

The role focuses on proactive sourcing, strategic planning, and hands-on execution within a fast-growing AI company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting across multiple functions including technical roles.
• Experience recruiting internationally (USA, Europe, LATAM) preferred.
• Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and candidate assessment.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from outreach to interviews and offers.
• Identify and engage candidates from leading technology companies and international hubs.
• Develop innovative AI-driven sourcing strategies and use automation tools.
