Job summary

Mode.Inc invites an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to shape and grow our global team. You will own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Leadership, partnering with managers and executives to attract top talent in US and international markets.

You will optimize Greenhouse workflows and leverage AI to improve sourcing, efficiency, and decision-making, in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech or startup environments.
• Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, including leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse as the ATS.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across the organization.
• Partner with managers and executives to define hiring needs and strategies.
• Lead intake meetings, create structured hiring processes and scorecards.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Manage searches across multiple functions and levels, including executives.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from outreach to offer.
