Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Mid/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Spain to lead global technology recruitment. You will build pipelines across Europe, US, and Latin America, leveraging AI-powered tools and modern ATS to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including technology recruitment.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments, fast-paced and high-growth.
• Global sourcing experience across regions such as Europe, the United States and Latin America.
• Hands-on familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with fluent English.
• Willingness to recruit for AI products, including potentially uncensored content.
