dLocal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to build and scale hiring for highly technical teams across Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Platform, and more. The role emphasizes partnership, data-driven improvements, and quality hiring, working closely with hiring managers to define performance expectations and ensure a rigorous interview process.

You will drive process improvements, automate workflows, and raise hiring standards with a focus on collaboration with technical divisions.

Formación

• Proven experience recruiting for highly technical teams and roles.
• Ability to build structured interview processes and success profiles.
• Strong collaboration and communication with engineering and security teams.
• Curiosity to learn technical domains and improve workflows.
• Experience with AI-enabled recruiting workflows is a plus but not required.

• Develop fluency in supported divisions to act as a credible partner.
• Run structured, high-quality interview processes with clear dimension ownership.
• Identify friction in the funnel, use data to diagnose bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
• Build better ways of working through reusable assets and automation.
• Raise the standard of hiring decisions.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help build and scale recruiting for highly technical teams across Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Platform, and other deep technical areas. The role focuses on partnership, data‑driven improvement, and quality hiring.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers from intake meeting to offer, emphasizing alignment, judgment, and hiring quality.
• Own the Success Profile for each search, defining performance expectations in business terms.
• Recruit for highly technical teams across a range of areas.
• Develop fluency in supported divisions to act as a credible partner.
• Run structured, high‑quality interview processes with clear dimension ownership, strong calibration, and no duplication or blind spots.
• Identify friction in the funnel, use data and pattern recognition to diagnose bottlenecks, and drive practical, scalable improvements.
• Build better ways of working through stronger frameworks, reusable assets, and thoughtful automation.
• Raise the standard of how hiring decisions are made.

• Builder mindset—continually improving workflows.
• Project‑oriented profile with interest in automation and AI‑enabled workflows; prior AI expertise not required.
• Excellent communication in English.
