This high-impact, end-to-end recruitment role partners with founders and senior leadership across Technology, Engineering, Product and AI to attract exceptional global talent and implement AI-driven hiring solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in Technology/IT recruitment.
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments.
• Proven ability to attract international talent across Europe, US, LATAM, or other markets.
• Strong understanding of technical recruitment for Software Engineering, Product, AI or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes from talent mapping to offers.
• Identify and engage top-tier technical and non-technical talent globally.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, tech communities, AI tools and unconventional channels.
• Conduct structured screening interviews with actionable assessments for hiring managers.
• Partner with founders and leadership to understand hiring needs and craft recruitment strategies.
• Build international talent pipelines and maintain relationships with passive candidates.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

We're looking for an ambitious and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fast-growing AI technology company and help scale a global, fully remote team behind one of the fastest-growing AI companionship platforms.

Having reached 50 million users in just two years with a team of approximately 100 employees, the company is entering its next stage of growth.

This is a high-impact, end-to-end recruitment role, working closely with founders, senior leadership and hiring managers across multiple business functions, with a strong focus on Technology, Engineering, Product and AI.

We're looking for someone with strong technical recruitment experience, international sourcing capabilities and a proactive, hands-on mindset, who can help attract exceptional global talent while improving recruitment processes and exploring AI-driven hiring solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent mapping and proactive sourcing through interviews, candidate evaluation and offer management.
• Identify and engage top-tier technical and non-technical talent globally, particularly across major technology hubs.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, technical communities, AI tools and unconventional channels.
• Conduct structured screening interviews and provide actionable candidate assessments to hiring managers.
• Partner closely with founders and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
• Build strong international talent pipelines and maintain relationships with passive candidates.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in Technology/IT recruitment.
• Previous experience working within a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Proven experience sourcing and attracting international talent across Europe, the US, LATAM or other global markets.
• Strong understanding of technical recruitment, particularly Software Engineering, Product, AI or related functions.
• Demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates through proactive sourcing and headhunting.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication skills and full professional fluency in English.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience recruiting within AI, SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
• Exposure to AI-powered sourcing tools, recruitment automation or AI agents.
• Experience with employer branding, compensation benchmarking or international talent mapping.
