HappyRobot Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to partner with founders and hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent across engineering and operations teams.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles — from sourcing to close, build and manage pipelines of high-quality candidates, and define role needs with scorecards. This role values AI enthusiasm, strong communication, and the ability to operate at scale.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting in a high-growth startup.
• Strong sourcing skills and creative approach to finding top talent.
• Experience recruiting for software engineers, product managers, and data scientists.
• Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Great communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills.
• Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams.
• Organized, fast-moving, and excited about making hiring a strategic advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles — from sourcing to close
• Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality candidates
• Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards
• Craft great candidate experiences — from first touch to offer
• Iterate quickly on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels
• Build scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale
• Help build our employer brand across LinkedIn, events, and referrals
