A leading IT recruitment agency is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join a remote team within the EU. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Agile practices and will be responsible for organizing agile activities, coaching the team, and managing the product backlog. Ideal applicants will demonstrate strong English proficiency and hold relevant Scrum certifications, with a minimum of 8 years in IT and 3 years as a Scrum Master, ensuring effective team development and delivery.

Formación

• Min 8 years IT experience, with at least 3 years as Scrum Master at SM2 level.
• Experience leading production teams through full sprint cycles.
• Possession of relevant Scrum Master certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate agile activities including daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with product owner to manage the backlog.
• Coach team on agile practices and continuously improve team flow.
