A leading steel and mining company is looking for a Sales Manager to oversee sales and market development for Bars & Rods in Iberia. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and driving business opportunities. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of B2B sales experience in long products, fluency in Spanish and English, and a degree in Engineering or Economics. This role involves significant travel within Spain and Portugal.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in B2B sales of long products.
• Strong understanding of long products and Wire Rod market.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage sales targets and KPIs for growth and customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales in the Wire Rod and drawn-wire segment.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
