Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive to lead the sale of premium Human Factors advisory services across Europe (EMEA). The role is customer-facing, with remote work and hybrid options from offices in Barcelona, Spain; Basingstoke, UK; or The Hague, Netherlands.

You will drive deals, tailor HF solutions, and manage client relationships to close multi-million dollar contracts. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in consultative sales in medical devices or life sciences, plus a business-related

Competenze

5+ years of consultative sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year).
Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
English proficiency at least C1 level.
Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Mansioni

Serve as primary point of contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution.
Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and collaborate with SMEs to craft tailored advisory solutions.
Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and participation in trade shows and conferences.
Identify customer pain points and integrate HF solutions into their product development processes.
