Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors unit seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Europe (EMEA) to drive sales of premium HF advisory services. Remote or hybrid options from offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague are supported.

The role requires advanced technical credibility, 5+ years in consultative sales, and a track record of meeting multi-million-dollar targets. Travel up to 30% is expected as part of client engagements and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/graduate degree in business, HFE, biomedical or life sciences.
• English proficiency at least C1.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with target achievement (min $3M/yr).
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to tailor advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and industry events.
• Travel to client visits and trade shows up to 30%.
