Job summary

Emergo by UL, a global leader in Human Factors Engineering services, seeks a Senior Sales Executive for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. This role offers remote or hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, supporting premium HF advisory services.

You will lead client engagements, tailor proposals, and drive a multi-million dollar sales pipeline. A background in medical/life sciences and strong English are essential for success in this strategic role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year)
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client visits, trade shows and industry events

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Emergo by UL's Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle
• Articulate value proposition in client presentations and proposals and manage client interactions to close deals
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and develop customized HF advisory solutions
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline via proactive outreach and industry events
• Identify customer needs and align HF offerings with product development processes
