Emergo by UL – a part of UL Solutions – seeks a service-minded Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in the EMEA region. This role can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona (Spain), Basingstoke (UK), or The Hague (Netherlands).

You will be the primary contact through the sales cycle, tailoring proposals and collaborating with SMEs to deliver high-value HF solutions, while meeting quotas and growing the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with minimum $3 million/year target.
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience.
• Human Factors Engineering knowledge preferred.
• Travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through project scoping and contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in client presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; coordinate with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows and conferences.
• Build trust with customers to identify needs and pain points in the product development process, integrating HF solutions.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts and contribute to marketing strategy and industry trend insights.
