Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. The role emphasizes selling premium Human Factors advisory services with strong technical credibility and client-facing capability.

Based remotely or in a hybrid setup from Barcelona, Basingstoke or The Hague, you will develop a robust pipeline, drive strategic opportunities and coordinate with SMEs to tailor solutions that address client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors/biomedical engineering or life sciences.
English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
5+ years of consultative sales with ≥$3M/year target.
Medical device or life science industry experience required.
Human Factors knowledge preferred.
Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
Proficient with MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for specialty Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
Articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals; manage client interactions to close sales.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas with support from SMEs.
Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach, trade shows, and conferences.
Identify customer needs and integrate HF solutions into product development processes.
Contribute to marketing strategy and identify key industry events.
