Job summary

Emergo by UL, a global leader in Human Factors engineering, seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive premium advisory services across the EMEA region. The role can be remote or hybrid from offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with a customer-facing focus from initial contact to contract execution.

You will develop a consultative sales approach, achieve a $3M+ annual quota, and collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver tailored HF solutions. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, engineering or life sciences.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a $3M+ annual quota.
• Medical device or life sciences industry experience required.
• HF engineering knowledge is preferable.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for HF advisory services across the sales cycle.
• Articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in client presentations and proposals.
• Close sales and exceed quotas by coordinating with SMEs to craft tailored advisory solutions.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline via proactive outreach and trade shows.
• Identify customer needs within Human Factors and integrate HF solutions into product development.
• Support marketing strategy by identifying key industry events and representation.
• Provide feedback to leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts throughout the year.
