Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive premium Human Factors advisory services in the EMEA region. You will engage with clients, translate needs into tailored HF solutions, and close deals from scoping to contract execution.

This role can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with travel up to 30% and a strong track record in consultative medical device sales. English proficiency at C1 is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
• Experience in medical device or life sciences industry
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business or related field

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution
• Understand customer needs, articulate value proposition in presentations/proposals, manage client interactions to close sales
• Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales quotas and craft customized HF solutions with SMEs
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach, trade shows, and conferences
