Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in the EMEA region. The role blends remote work with optional hybrid offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, and requires strong technical credibility and customer-facing leadership.

You will build strategic accounts, respond to inquiries, and craft customized HF solutions in collaboration with subject matter experts, while advancing the company's marketing and sales goals across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical device or life sciences.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
• Experience selling to European markets and managing complex client engagements (<em>EMEA</em>).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Articulate value propositions in client presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and collaborate with SMEs to tailor solutions.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline via outreach and industry events.
• Understand customer needs and integrate HF solutions into product development.
