Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing and leads sales of premium Human Factors advisory services. Location can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with up to 30% travel.

You will build pipelines, tailor solutions, and drive revenue while collaborating with experts to address client needs and industry trends in the medical device sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering or life sciences.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with proven ability to meet/exceed targets (min $3 million/year).
• Medical device and/or life sciences industry experience required.
• Strong business acumen and CRM/ MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Articulate value proposition in client presentations and close sales.
• Develop sales pipeline via outreach and industry events.
• Collaborate with experts to tailor advisory solutions for clients.
