Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors practice is seeking a service-minded Senior Sales Executive in Europe to sell premium HF advisory services across the EMEA region. Remote or hybrid model options and offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague are available.

You will serve as the primary contact throughout the sales cycle, tailor solutions to client needs, and collaborate with SMEs to meet ambitious quotas while building long-term relationships with life sciences and medical device clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, HFE, biomedical engineering, life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of consultative sales in medical devices or life sciences.
• English proficiency C1 or higher.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Experience with client-facing advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and present Emergo by UL value propositions.
• Meet/exceed quarterly/annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs.
• Develop sales pipeline via outreach and trade shows.
• Build trust and identify HF opportunities in product development.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and event representation.
• Advise leadership on evolving needs and trends.
• Maintain account plans and nurture relationships year-round.
• Gain HF knowledge through training and self-study.
