Job summary

Emergo by UL, a leader in Human Factors engineering services, seeks a Senior Sales Executive to sell premium HF advisory services across the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, requires deep technical credibility, and offers remote or hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will drive proposals, manage client relationships, and contribute to growth in a specialized market. The candidate should have 5+ years of consultative sales experience, a life sciences or engineering

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business or related field.
5+ years of consultative sales experience.
Medical device and/or life science industry experience.
English proficiency at C1 or higher.
Ability to travel up to 30% and work remotely/in hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout sales cycle.
Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance of trade shows and conferences.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor advisory solutions.
Travel to client sites and events up to 30%.
