Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of consultative sales experience with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year)
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required
• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in presentations and proposals
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance of trade shows and conferences
• Identify customer needs and pain points in human factors integration within product development processes
