Job summary

Emergo by UL, a global leader in Human Factors engineering, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for the Europe region. This remote/hybrid role focuses on selling premium HF advisory services to medical and life science clients across the EMEA region, with offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, and The Hague as possible bases.

You will drive the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution and build a strategic account plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with proven ability to meet/exceed targets (min $3M/year).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for specialty Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in presentations and proposals; manage client interactions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; work with SMEs to craft customized advisory service solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows and conferences.
• Build trust with customers to identify needs and pain points in the product development process; integrate HF solutions in key steps.
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs, pain points, and industry trends to inform offerings.
• Maintain an ongoing plan to prioritize target accounts and relationships throughout the year.
• Travel including client visits and trade shows up to 30%.
