Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors division seeks a service-minded Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium HF advisory services in the EMEA region. The role can be remote or hybrid from an office in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will engage customers, articulate value, manage the sales cycle to close contracts, exceed quotas, and collaborate with SMEs to craft tailored solutions. Travel up to 30% and attend trade shows and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of consultative sales with $3M+ annual target.
• Medical device or life sciences experience required.
• English at least C1 level; strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services through the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value; close sales.
• Meet or exceed quota; collaborate with SMEs to craft solutions.
• Develop pipeline via outreach and trade shows.
• Build relationships and identify customer pain points in HF.
• Contribute to HF marketing strategy and event representation.
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and trends.
• Maintain an ongoing plan for target accounts.
• Rapidly gain HF knowledge through training and self-study.
• Identify and pursue key customers for needs discovery.
