Emergo by UL in Europe is seeking a senior sales executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing and requires technical credibility to customize solutions and close contracts, with remote or hybrid options from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will build a robust pipeline, engage clients at trade shows, and collaborate with subject matter experts to address customer needs and drive revenue growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (quota attainment).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales of premium human factors advisory services in the EMEA region.
• Develop pipeline through outreach, conferences, and client visits.
• Collaborate with SMEs to tailor advisory solutions and close contracts.
• Travel up to 30% for client meetings and events.
