Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors unit seeks a Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead the sale of premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. The role is client-facing and requires high technical credibility and consultative selling skills.

The position can be remote or in a hybrid model from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with travel up to 30% to engage clients and events. Strong industry knowledge is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a minimum $3 million/year quota.
• Medical device or life sciences industry experience required.
• English proficiency at C1 or higher.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for specialty Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in presentations and proposals; manage client interactions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; work with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach, trade shows, and conferences.
• Identify customer needs and pain points in human factors to integrate HF solutions into product development.
