Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors division seeks a service-minded Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium HF advisory services across the EMEA region. The role can be remote or hybrid from offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will manage the full sales cycle, develop pipelines, and tailor offerings with experts to meet client needs. Travel up to 30% and strong business acumen are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, HF engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with targets (min $3 million/year).
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• HF knowledge and business acumen are advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions in presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with experts to craft solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and trade show attendance.
• Identify customer pain points and integrate HF solutions into product development.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and identify key industry events.
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends.
• Maintain portfolio relationships with target accounts year-round.
• Gain HF knowledge through internal training and independent research.
