Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Europe to drive sales of premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, requires technical credibility, and can be performed remotely or in a hybrid setup from offices in Barcelona, The Hague, or Basingstoke.

The candidate will lead cycle sales, respond to inquiries, exceed sales quotas, and collaborate with experts to tailor advisory solutions for medical and life science clients across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences or related field.
• Proven consultative sales experience and ability to meet/exceed sales targets (minimum $3M/year).
• English proficiency at least C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL’s value proposition in client presentations and proposals; manage client interactions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; work with subject matter experts to craft customized advisory service solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows and conferences.
• Build trust with customers to identify needs and pain points in their product development process and integrate HF solutions.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and tactics for the Human Factors business, including identifying key industry events.
