Job summary

Emergo by UL’s Human Factors unit seeks a service-minded Senior Sales Executive in Europe to drive premium HF advisory services across the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing and requires advanced technical credibility to sell and respond to inquiries, with flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setup from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will develop the pipeline, tailor solutions with SMEs, travel up to 30% for client meetings and trade shows, and collaborate with leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with $3M/year target.
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact for Human Factors advisory services across the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and present Emergo by UL's value proposition.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and tailor advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via outreach and industry events.
• Build relationships and identify needs to integrate HF solutions in product development.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and identify key events for representation.
• Advise leadership on customer needs and industry trends.
• Prioritize target accounts and maintain year-long relationships.
• Gain HF knowledge through training and independent research.
• Identify key customers for needs discovery and opportunity identification.
