Emergo by UL, a global leader in Human Factors Engineering services, seeks a Senior Sales Executive for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. You will drive sales of premium HF advisory services, engaging with medical device and life sciences customers.

Role can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague. Requires 5+ years of consultative sales, strong technical credibility, and a track record of meeting multi-million dollar quotas.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Minimum $3 million/year quota.
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience.
• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business or related field.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in proposals.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance of trade shows and conferences.
• Travel up to 30% for client visits and events.
