Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors group seeks a customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium HF advisory services across the EMEA region. The role can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will manage the full sales cycle, develop pipeline, meet quotas, and collaborate with SMEs. Travel up to 30% and 5+ years of consultative sales in medical devices or life sciences are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/graduate degree in business, human factors eng, biomedical eng, life sciences or related field.
• English at least C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales with a $3 million annual target.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions in proposals.
• Meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; close deals with SMEs.
• Develop sales pipeline via outreach, trade shows, and conferences.
• Build trust with customers and identify needs and pain points.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and identify industry events.
• Travel for client visits and trade shows up to 30%.
