Job summary

Emergo by UL, a global leader in Human Factors engineering, seeks a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium HF advisory services across the EMEA region. The role can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with travel up to 30%.

You will drive client engagement, craft tailored HF solutions, and work with specialists to close deals. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in consultative sales, a background in life sciences or medical devices, and excellent English (C1).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with targets.
• Medical device or life science industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Articulate value proposition in client presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to tailor solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline through proactive outreach, trade shows, and conferences.
• Build trust with customers to identify needs and pain points in HF opportunities.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and identify key industry events.
