Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing and can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will develop the sales pipeline, articulate the value proposition, and work with SMEs to deliver tailored HF solutions. You will need a Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant field, English at C1, 5+ years of consultative sales, and experience in medical devices or life

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with targets of $3 million/year.
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Human Factors advisory services throughout sales cycle, from initial contact through project scoping and contract execution.
• Understand customer needs; articulate value proposition in client presentations and proposals and manage client interactions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; work with SMEs to craft customized advisory service solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance of trade shows and conferences.
• Identify opportunities surrounding Human Factors in product development and integrate HF solutions in key steps.
