Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in Europe (EMEA). The role is remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, focusing on high-level HF advisory services across the sales cycle.

You will articulate value propositions, build trust with clients, and drive orders while meeting ambitious quotas. Requires 5+ years in consultative sales, strong English (C1), and life sciences experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets (minimum $3 million/year).
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• Medical device or life sciences industry experience required.
• Human Factors Engineering knowledge and experience preferable.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Develop and present tailored advisory solutions addressing client needs and pain points.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by collaborating with SMEs.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline via outreach, trade shows, and conferences.
• Represent the company at industry events and contribute to marketing strategy discussions.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts and stay informed about evolving customer needs.
