Job summary

Emergo by UL in the HF unit seeks a senior sales executive to drive premium Human Factors advisory services across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This role is remote-friendly with hybrid options from Barcelona, Basingstoke or The Hague, requiring strong technical credibility and consultative selling in the medical device sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience and proven ability to meet/exceed targets (min $3M/year).
• Medical device and/or life sciences industry experience required.
• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors, biomedical engineering, life sciences or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition to close sales.
• Meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to tailor solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance of trade shows and conferences.
• Build trust with customers to identify needs and integrate HF solutions into product development.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and identify key industry events.
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends.
• Maintain plan to prioritize target accounts and nurture relationships year-round.
• Gain HF knowledge through training and self-study.
