Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. The role can be remote or hybrid from offices in Barcelona, The Hague, or Basingstoke.

You will lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services, engaging customers from initial contact to contract execution and tailoring proposals to client needs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences, strong English (C1+), and a solid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with proven ability to meet/exceed targets (minimum $3 million/year)
• Medical device and/or life sciences experience required
• Human Factors Engineering knowledge or experience preferred
• Business acumen and sales process understanding
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client visits/trade shows
• English proficiency at C1 or higher

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for HF advisory services through the sales cycle
• Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in proposals and presentations
• Meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft solutions
• Develop sales pipeline via outreach and industry events
• Maintain relationships and prioritize target accounts throughout the year
