Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing and focuses on selling premium Human Factors advisory services to clients across Europe.

Remote and hybrid options are available from offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague. The candidate should have 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences, strong English (C1), and comfort traveling up to 30% for client meetings and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences or related field.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with targets (minimum $3 million/year).
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software; ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals; manage client interactions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows and conferences.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts and identify opportunities for HF solutions across product development processes.
