Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting in the EMEA region. This role is customer-facing, selling premium Human Factors advisory services with strong technical credibility, remotely or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will lead client engagements, tailor solutions, and drive revenue growth across Europe. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in consultative sales, a background in life sciences or medical devices, and English proficiency at C1.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• English proficiency at least C1.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary sales contact for HF advisory services in the EMEA region.
• Articulate value proposition in client presentations and proposals to close deals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to tailor solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and trade shows.
• Travel up to 30% for client visits and events.
