Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. This customer-facing role focuses on selling premium Human Factors advisory services, requiring technical credibility and industry knowledge.

Remote work is possible, or you may work in a hybrid setup from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague. You will lead the sales cycle, build a pipeline, and tailor solutions with SMEs to meet client needs while aiming to exceed sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences or related field.
• English proficiency at C1 or higher.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Experience in medical device or life sciences industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Articulate value proposition in client presentations and proposals; manage client interactions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; work with SMEs to craft tailored advisory solutions.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline via outreach and events.
• Identify customer needs and integrate HF solutions into product development processes.
