Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors business unit seeks a service-minded Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium HF advisory services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing and requires advanced technical credibility to engage life-science clients and close strategic deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Articulate value proposition in proposals and client presentations to close deals.
• Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and develop customized solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via outreach, trade shows and conferences.
• Travel up to 30% for client visits and events.
