Job summary

Emergo by UL’s Human Factors division is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead the sale of premium Human Factors advisory services in the EMEA region. The role can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with travel up to 30%.

You will serve as the primary contact, develop a strong pipeline, and craft solutions with SMEs to meet client needs. You should have 5+ years of consultative sales in the medical device or life sciences industry, a degree in a relevant field, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
English proficiency at least C1.
5+ years of consultative sales experience with proven ability to meet/exceed targets.
Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
Human Factors knowledge preferred.
Strong business acumen and sales process understanding.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in presentations.
Manage client interactions to close sales and exceed quotas.
Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and industry events.
Identify customer pain points and integrate HF solutions into product development.
Contribute to marketing strategy and identify key industry events.
Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends.
Maintain relationships with target accounts throughout the year.
