Job summary

Emergo by UL, a global leader in Human Factors engineering services, seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive premium HF advisory services across EMEA. You will engage with clients, articulate value, and close complex opportunities in medical device and life sciences sectors.

This role offers remote or hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with up to 30% travel. You will collaborate with SMEs to tailor solutions and help shape the market strategy for Human Factors offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences or related field
• English proficiency at least C1 level
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience and proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets (min $3 million/year)
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required
• Human Factors Engineering knowledge and experience preferable

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary point of contact for HF advisory services throughout sales cycle
• Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals
• Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to tailor advisory solutions
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and conferences
• Maintain relationships with target accounts and prioritize portfolio
• Travel up to 30% for client visits/tradeshows
