Emergo by UL’s Human Factors practice seeks a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. This client-facing role requires deep technical credibility and collaboration with experts to tailor bespoke HF solutions for medical devices and life sciences clients.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a minimum $3M/year quota.
• Medical device and/or life sciences industry experience required.
• Human Factors Engineering knowledge is preferable.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary contact for Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions to close deals.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and collaborate with SMEs to craft solutions.
• Develop a sales pipeline via outreach and industry events.
• Build trust with customers and integrate HF solutions in product development.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and identify key industry events.
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and market trends.
• Prioritize target accounts and maintain relationships year-round.
• Gain HF knowledge through training and internal research.
• Identify and target key customers for needs discovery.
