Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors team seeks a senior sales executive for Europe to drive sales of premium HF advisory services. You will lead client engagements from initial contact through scoping and contract execution, articulating value and solutions that address customer needs.

The role is remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with up to 30% travel. A minimum 5 years in consultative sales for medical devices or life sciences and a track record of multi-million dollar

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences or related field.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a minimum $3 million/year quota.
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience.
• Human Factors knowledge and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach, trade shows, and conferences.
• Build trust with customers to identify needs and pain points and integrate HF solutions in product development steps.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and identify key industry events to represent the company.
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends to inform future offerings.
• Maintain plans to prioritize target accounts and nurture relationships throughout the year.
