Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in Europe. You will lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services, serving as the trusted advisor through scoping, proposals, and contracts.

The role supports remote or hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague. You’ll leverage technical credibility to expand the HF practice while meeting ambitious quotas and collaborating with SMEs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with target attainment in Europe.
• Medical device or life sciences industry experience required.
• Strong business acumen and CRM/MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services across the sales cycle.
• Articulate value propositions in client presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; close deals with SMEs.
• Develop pipeline via proactive outreach, trade shows, and conferences.
• Understand customer needs and integrate HF solutions into offerings.
