The position offers remote or hybrid work from offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with travel up to 30% to engage clients, present proposals, and close strategic deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical device or life sciences.
• Travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of Human Factors engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions in presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and industry events.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts and inform leadership on market trends.
• Participate in marketing strategy development for Human Factors services.
• Travel for client visits and trade shows up to 30%.
