Job summary

Emergo by UL, a global leader in Human Factors engineering, seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, leading sales of premium advisory services with strong technical credibility.

The position can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with up to 30% travel. Requires a business/engineering degree, 5+ years in consultative sales, and English at C1 level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with targets (≥$3M/yr).
• Medical device or life science industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for Human Factors advisory services across the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline, including trade shows and conferences.
