Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, driving sales of premium Human Factors advisory services with strong technical credibility and industry expertise.

The position can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, requiring travel up to 30% and a proven record of meeting sales targets. English at C1 level is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with targets (min $3M/yr).
• Medical device or life sciences industry experience required.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, HF engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences, or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of complex sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Articulate value propositions in client presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to tailor advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline through outreach and trade shows.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts and identify opportunities for HF offerings.
• Support marketing strategy by identifying key industry events and opportunities.
