Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Europe to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services. This role is client-facing and requires deep technical credibility in medical device and life sciences. You can work remotely or in a hybrid setup from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with travel up to 30%.

You will develop pipelines, present tailored solutions, and drive the revenue target while collaborating with SMEs to deliver value across the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year)
• English proficiency at least C1 level
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required
• Human Factors Engineering knowledge and experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through project scoping and contract execution
• Articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in client presentations and proposals and manage client interactions to close sales
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft tailored advisory solutions
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows and conferences
• Build trust with customers to identify needs and pain points and integrate HF solutions into product development processes
• Support marketing strategy and events to represent the Human Factors business
